So why are people like Tweety and Pat Buchannon making allegations that Obama has more explaining to do in this case. Buchannon is already saying in so many words he has problems in this case.

Dig in your heels and get ready for non-stop crap for the next 4 years.

Facts are boring and cumbersome to low-information idiots (a.k.a. the mainstream media's base). All they need to hear is Obama-Ayers-ACORN-Wright-Rezko-Blago in one sentence over and over and that's enough.

5. Cause They Need Something To Bullshit About
I'm surprised I haven't heard the name Al Capone mentioned. So many stereotypes, so little merit. But that's typical corporate media...this is a game to them. It used to be these asshats spewed this crap over Martinis, now they do it on our teevees.

14. I said this morning in a post that the Repugs
are going to make this all about Obama and the unanimous response was no it's not going to happen. There's no there there. These people don't care about evidence to the contrary, Hannity and all the other wing-nuts are going nuts over this.

11. Heard on Steph Miller this morning, one of the RW nutjobs was saying
how good an investigator Fitz was (well, since it wasn't exposing a Repugniconvict) ...

of course, that did not apply to Fitz's statement that BO had absolutely no involvement in the corruption ...

12. No, you didn't hear that
Fitzgerald said there were no allegations against the PE in the specific criminal complaint. That was it. U.S. Attorney's offices never give statements saying somebody has done nothing wrong.

15. No allegations of impropriety...
no evidence that Obama did anything wrong. And let's not forget that much of this stems from the Rezko trial.

http://www.greeleytribune.com/article/20081209/NEWS01/812099958/-1/rss02
CHICAGO (AP) — Federal prosecutors say the investigation into allegations that Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich tried to sell the Senate seat vacated by President-elect Barack Obama found no evidence that Obama did anything wrong.

At a news conference in Chicago on Tuesday, U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald reiterated a number of times that there were no allegations of impropriety on Obama’s part.

The governor is accused of conspiring to sell or trade Illinois’ vacant senate seat.

The 76-page FBI affidavit contends that governor was intercepted on wiretaps last month conspiring to shake people down, and it alleges he even considered appointing himself if he wasn’t offered anything of value.

20. 1) Because they can.
Edited on Thu Dec-11-08 02:16 AM by TankLV
2) Because this is all they have.
3) Because the Citizenship - was it Kenya, Indonesia or Hawaii's not a State - I get all confused now - didn't pan out.
4) Because Ayers didn't pan out.
5) Because Rev Wright didn't pan out.
6) Because Palin "see - we got a girl candidate, too!" didn't pan out.
7) Because the War Hero - did I mention he was a POW?! didn't pan out.
8) Because Rezko didn't pan out - yet.

9) Because after MAKING EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE FOR ANOTHER THOROUGHLYL CORRUPT REPUKE administration. and being so thoroughly proved to be falling for the fucking LIES, they are all so suddenly eager to get all "righteous" now...until they wring Obama's and the Democrats bodies over the coals for four or eight years with all sorts of wild claims - did you hear some are already calling for Obama's IMPEACHMENT?! - after which they will once again say to REPUKE CRIMES - "let's all be "bipartisan" and "now is not the time to place blame" and "we can't put the country thru all THAT again"...

and, lastly, NOW they can bog Obama down with all this and STOP us Democrats from doing anything that really NEEDS to be done - just wait till Obama has to name a Supreme replacement - they will bring all this up and MORE...
