Barack Obama did not support Blago in the 2002 Democratic Primaries

until after Blago was the Democrat running in the Gov's General Election.

Even when Blagojevich first ran for governor, Obama urged others to challenge him, and ended up supporting one of Blagojevich's primary rivals. Two years later, Blagojevich never endorsed Obama's U.S. Senate campaign, and the two didn't campaign together.

This is in response to what the GOP garbage Youtube Video attack ad (made so that corporate media can run it free on television) that makes it appear that Obama supported Blago with gusto; he didn't. Blago just happened to have been the only Democrat in the race at the time.

that the RNC made an ad.

That's the only reason the RNC made the ad....so the Media could run it for free.

I'm still not sure what the media doesn't understand about Obama being called Motherf*cker-in-Chief by Blago? This says it all........."Motherf*cker...F*ck him, F*ck him.....I've got this thing, and it's f*ckin' golden, and uh, uh, and I'm not going to give it up for f*ckin' nothing.....they are "not willing to give me anything except appreciation. F*ck them."

I know that the GOP is leaving that out, but did the media also "forget"? :shrug:

2. I think Obama backed Roland Burris in the primary.

Things would be a whole helluva lot better if Burris were governor. I'm hoping he'll consider the Senate seat.

I know I voted for Edwin Eisendrath in the 2006 primary.

I would ahve gone Green in the GE if I thought Rich Whitney stood a chance.

Topinka and Blagojevich were equally crooked in my estimation.

Grant Field the night of the election. He also did no electioneering for Obama at

Obama's campaign made speaking offers to the Illinois treasurer, the comptroller, the attorney general and a Chicago city clerk. Sen. Richard J. Durbin (Ill.) was asked to introduce Obama on the convention's final night; Rep. Jesse L. Jackson Jr. (Ill.) was told he would speak on television during prime time. Finally, fed up and embarrassed that he still had heard nothing, Blagojevich joked to a crowd at the Illinois State Fair that, yes, he also had been asked to speak -- at 4 a.m., in a Denver area men's bathroom.

9. This is why I like the way Obama handles his responses to the

media questions. There is nothing there...he knows it and he doesn't allow them to trip him into acting like it's some big urgent issue. They spin and lie constantly!
