Wow. Did anyone just see the Governor on Tweety talking unions?
Tweety asked him if he supported unions and he said "I support labor but if you are asking, do I support labor union bosses who support leftist democrats? No."

Says it all. They hate labor unions because they vote for democrats.

(Missed his name, he was familiar but can't place him. Anyone know who it was?)

1. That "leftist Democrats" is just for their Fundy base - they hate unions because they want serfdom
for "labor" (workers). To say you support "labor" but not unions makes no sense at all - since unions are the means by which workers can exercise power. But then, Republicans don't have to make sense for their deluded followers - they just have to spew a few code words: "union bosses," "leftist Democrats."

4. You are 100% right. You cannot be a supporter of labor and be against unions.
