Why should God have anything to do with a president's invocation?

If it's private donations or coming out of Obama's pocket fine - turn it into a revival meeting. But Rick Warren doesn't preach my kind of religion and I don't want a dime of my tax money used for his travel or security.

8. Well that answers my big question for the day. Just who is it that gets to

decide on the worth of people's opinions here on DU and in this country. I really needed some cluck to tell me who to consider 'offensive' and who to consider the real true blue flag waving patriotic Americans on this board and apparently it's YOU.
