To all the GLBT people who are making so much effort to express their outrage over the Warren pick

I told my wife last night that if every other Democrat had just HALF the amount of passion that you folks do, the Iraq War would be over by now and Bush and Cheney would long ago have been impeached.

Kudos to all of you for always fighting the good fight with such passion and for never backing down an iota!

Throwing a hissy fit on DU does nothing to solve the problem. Troops are dying , the Treasury is being looted, our country is torturing prisoners, the economy is collapsing and American industry is shutting the lights off and closing the doors while we moan and groan about a man who speaks and listens to an imaginary being and pleas to the Invisible One. It is crazy, simply crazy. People dying while we debate this, even though there is a second man who speaks to the Invisible One who embraces all unions and will appear on the same stage. For those of us who would prefer to keep religion out of our government this entire discussion is a disgrace.
