5. Here's my prediction: it'll be enough to say he did something, but it won't save GM
I expect the terms of the car manufacturer rescue plan to contain several outrageous demands and be stinting enough in capital that the Republicans can at least force a radical, union-smashing restructuring of GM.

I got $50 Bush tries to blame the whole thing on the worker's and their unions and places some language in the Excutive Order to order the unions to take a pay cut
