3. This Palin thing is really ridiculous.

I mean, I'm not an elitist, but come on, Palin's mind hasn't even been trained and has no discipline. She doesn't even know how to approach problems because she has had to undergo no mental discipline. Going to 5 different "colleges" over 6 years to obtain a communications degree doesn't do it.

It's really stupid to equate no job on the national scene as a comparison construct. Caroline Kennedy is quite accomplished when compared to Palin, all the way from her schooling and education, to writing books, and working with people, etc. On the other hand, Palin has "executive" experience, even though Alaska has far less people than Washington, D.C. If the mayor of DC campaigned for president you would hear such an hue and cry you wouldn't believe it.

I'm really sick to death of right-wing stupidity and I hope this is one thing an Obama presidency will cure us of.

It made me sick when they were comparing her to Obama, as though the mental discipline required to excel as Harvard Law School doesn't count for anything.
