Others have made the same point. But I don't see it that way.

W occupies the white house. I agree that he doesn't belong there and that both elections were stolen. But we can't call him the worst president unless we admit that he IS president.

in my humble opinion, although others have disagreed in this thread. It all depends on what you mean by "president".

Is W the president? Both elections may have been stolen, but W occupied the white house and was recognized as head of state by numerous foreigners.

Is Obama president? Not yet.

Were Gore and Kerry presidents? Not if Bush is/was.

as far as what makes a good President , Obama would actaully have to work hard at it to be considered a worst President then Bush ! On the other end is President Clinton who would be in my opinion hard to beat for the title as best of the recents Prsidents . I believe President Clinton is highly respected amoung other politicians for how well he was able to handle our economy ,world wide events etc. Gore would have made a very good Presidnet also , if they did not steal the election away from him and give it to the idiot puppet bush ! I believe Obama will really try to do his best for the Americian people ,bush has definitly given him alot of work to do,I want to see the goverment do something now for individuals since they have gone and given multi millions of $'s to the bankers and now the big three auto makers. I want to see something along the lines of Roosevelt's New Deal ! We need good jobs and need to have employers stop hiring illegals and paying them below the minimun wage, each and everyone of those workes, is steling a potential job away from a Americaian who is out of work . My brother who does his own painting work a a painting contractor and is licensed by the state ,yet he had just gone bankrupt because he cannot out bid these companies who have illegals working for them painting at $10 per hour or less when he is paying his workers $20 per hour or more. We are letting other countries ruin our country by flooding our markets with their products ! Those who buy foreign cars becasue they say there built better then the Americian cars are just plain wrong I have a Dodge with 180,000 miles on it and so far have only had to maintain it and some nominial part replacement ! THe engine is still runnning great and overall its been and still is a great car ! Start Buying Americain !

You're right about the quality of American cars. Detroit has improved its quality control, but not everyone has gotten the message.

Japanese cars used to be better than American cars, and it will take time for Detroit's reputation to catch up to reality.
