You can do just about ANYTHING via Exec. Order.

Such as, round up Japanese, German and Italian citizens and put them in camps.

3. Depends on whether he plans to violate the Constitution. Plus, GOP will take the orders to court.

And then the Obama administration will have to defend each of them against a legal challenge that will keep them tied up in court forever.

The GOP wants Obama to keep the expanded executive powers that W. seized so that they will be intact when Jeb Bush is selected president.

5. Tough question: if its a question of keeping the powers and getting something done

or going legislative and letting the Senate GOP water everything down to nothing, which would you choose?

Clearly "bipartisanship" means just giving up and settling for trivial increments or less.

like changing regulations, he can move troops for a short time without checking with congress (I think it's 6 months) , and make agreements with other heads of state.
