Edited on Tue Jan-06-09 03:52 PM by Roberto1223
Just on MSNBC a statement by DiFi. Tweety said after reading the statement: "Don't you just love that? This is Washingtonese to say "I am still pissed""

WASHINGTON - Sen. Dianne Feinstein says President-elect Barack Obama apologized to her for not notifying her ahead of time that Leon Panetta was his pick for CIA director.

1. Actually, I don't care to hear from Di Fi ever again! So.........
you don't have to bother for OUR sake.

As far as I am concerned, she's toast!

12. Welcome to DU! She's one of my senators, much to my chagrin.
MUCH to my chagrin. And she's been toast with me for awhile now.

I disavow any pride or joy in her "representation" of me.

As far as I'm concerned, I only have ONE Senator: the ever-righteous Barbara Boxer!

3. That's great
Very good. They show that they respect the system and their colleagues.

That's just the kind of humility and decency we've been so sorely missing from the junta of the last 8 years.

5. They didn't owe her an apology
It is not up to Obama to bend over and grant wishes to idiots like DiFi.

8. Feinstein is the one who should be apologizing for being a Bush apologist enabling lackey.
Otherwise she can STFU as far as I'm concerned.

Regards

17. Biden said it was a mistake and strugged it off. He didn't say he "apologized Profusely"

14. See? They all know how to 'act nice' and folks here don't know how or why you do.
It's the way adults behave.
