OMG! Buchanan thinks Palin would have made a great candidate for the Dems but for
her "anti-abortion stance." Said so just now on the Morning Jerk. And I think he was serious about it.

Guf-faw! That is the funniest I've heard today so far.

1. The man has lost his mind
He's losing touch with his faculties quite quickly.
and he used to be such an intelligent Nazi, too.

2. didn't see it, but I guess it's because she's a woman
Edited on Fri Jan-09-09 06:34 AM by Syrinx
Even a lot of Dems are saying things like her convention speech was "amazing!" I don't see it myself. She seemed to me to be a hateful nincompoop, devoid of any substance beyond the Republican staples of hate and division. She is irrelevant and I hope the pugs do nominate her in '12. Obama will cruise to re-election.

3. It's so nice to know that Pat hasn't completely lost his mind, since
he can still tell the difference between a man and a woman!

He must think all Democratic voters would have accepted Palin because she's got the same plumbing as Hillary.

4. He thinks she would have been a great candidate for the Democrats
Because if she was, we would have lost big time. You know Palin is a loser when even Buchanan won't even claim her as one of their own.

6. a "perfect candidate for the Dems" ...
which translates to "worse loss than Dukakis ..."

If she was a Dem, she would have actually been subject to scrutiny, instead of the softball interviews that she's whining about how she was crucified ...

10. Yepper!!! He so wish she had been our candidate.
But if he really thinks she would had been acceptable to our side then he must be thinking with his penis again.

Thanks for everything, Sarah! You made Obama's road to the White House a lot easier. Love ya!

I don't think I've ever seen anything on CorpMedia quite as unintentionally disturbing as that. Pat should follow suit.

9. The more I watch
These 'pundits' leading up to the Election - the more I think they are in for a big big Surprise come January 21st.

They sooooooooooooooo want the Democratic Party to be conservative.
They sooooooooooooooo want us to forget that they painted Obama as - HORRORS - the most liberal member of the Senate.
They sooooooooooooooo will not just MAKE HER GO AWAY.

FWIW - I am so f*cking sick and tired of Sarah Palin.

She lost. That old guy lost. They f*cking lost.

They are now IRRELEVANT.

And who gives a shit what Pat Buchanan thinks. :pals: His team lost.

FAIL.
FAILED.
FAILURES.

January 21st cannot come soon enough for me. They - those ones - over there on the right? They haven't done 'NUTHIN. Not a single freaking thing of ANY value since 1994. They need to sit down, shut up, and to borrow their 'words' - Support our President. Support him blindly.

Parading that bitch (and I'll stop calling her one when she stops speaking, acting, behaving like a bitch) out as a paragon of LIBERAL DEMOCRATIC WOMEN'S VALUEEEEEEEEES is bullshit.

I'm one. And she can go hang. She is a whiny, crying spoiled Chip On the Shoulder brat who lost and needs to put on her big girl panties and deal with it.

11. god
When she's going on about "anonymous bloggers" and how the MSM just reports on what they say....is she talking about the Bristol thing or the McCain staffers who tattled on her? I know she says that reporters kept calling her press office and Alaska re: the Bristol/Trig rumors, but weren't they calling to see what the story was? Yes, it sucks, but Obama got calls about the made up whitey tape from Michelle, among other things. She may feel protective of Bristol since she is a teenager which is understandable (even though Chelsea Clinton got made fun of by Palin's wingnut friends when she was a teenager), but it's not as if the MSM reported on the rumor. And she blames the Couric interview on editing, even though she's never seen it? And she felt so exploited by Tina Fey that she HAD to go on SNL? This person is nuts.

Christ, even Joe Scarborough pretty much said that she was whining.

14. Dems always end up voting for the primary candidate who does best in DEBATES
while GOPs mostly vote for the candidate they're EXPECTED to vote for as set up by their powerstructure.

The Rethugs just sneered at each other.

15. Buchanan also though Bill Clinton's remarks in S. Carolina
would help Hillary's campaign. He thought it was a great tactic and said he should keep doing what he's doing.

Pat Buchanan is rarely (almost never) right.
