What a scalper just told me after I offered him $400 per ticket for Inauguration Standing

I offered a scalper $400/each for standing room tickets at the inauguration. This was his reply:

"i'll entertain collateral as well (non-cash payment) current high bid is 5000 for the four. consider what you may have around that you don't need/want"

1. um...watch it on tv for free. same thing use the money for something good like donating it to those

wounded in iraq
