35. Well, let's see....
1) The Supreme Court is waiting for the right case to act upon.

2) The Supreme Court is waiting for the right time to call "checkmate" and trap Obama.

3) The Supreme Court is waiting for him to actually take the oath of office, when he will be in actual violation of the Constitution. (originally this was "wait until the electoral vote is officially certified")

4) The Supreme Court is part of the conspiracy and will do nothing to stop this "usurper".

5) Patrick Fitzgerald is sitting on information that will bring down Obama, and will reveal it in March.

6) Patrick Fitzgerald is sitting on information that will bring down Obama, and is using it to blackmail Obama into keeping his job.

7) Patrick Fitzgerald is sitting on information that will bring down Obama, but has been paid off by Obama not to reveal it.

8) The Military, led by the Joint Chiefs of Staff and officers "loyal to the Constitution", still stage a coup to overthrow Obama, the corrupt House and Senate, the Supreme Court, and any other branch of Government supporting the "Usurper".

9) No branch of Government will stop Obama, and therefore the Constitution is dead. "We the People" need to rise up, overthrow the corrupt government, and put a limited, no taxation, Christian-oriented Constitutional Republic in place.

10) No branch of Government will stop Obama, and therefore the Constitution is dead. Welcome to the New World Order.

Those seem to be the most common conspiracy theories the Birthers are spewing.

12. Check out Freeper logic
The writ of certiorari before judegement was denied.

What had happened was Berg tried to cirumvent the appeals process and filed for a writ of certiorari before the case had made its way through the lower courts, thus he requested a writ of certiorari before judgement.

Here's what the Freepers (Birther cultists all) believe this means:

To: FreeManN
Yes, it looks like the Supreme Court have kept the issue alive until they feel it would be the right time to accept the case.

MAny of them will be surprised at some of the actions the SCOTUS will be able to take against them for filing so many frivolous lawsuits.

IT's amazing how one nut who claimed what everybody in the Birther circles wanted to be true ("Dr." Polarik) bvecame an "expert" when, in fact, he knows nothing about document analysis.

22. Not over yet people!
He's still got the 16th of January conference though. The irony being that, due to the holiday on the 19th and Obama being sworn in on the 20th, the official denial for THAT won't appear until the 21st.

We're not out of the woods yet with Berg though. Not only is his original case will in the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals, but he's got two filed cases still:

1) The "Whistleblower" False Claims suit, demanding Obama return his salary as a Senator due to being "an illegal alien"
2) The latest, Hollister v Soetoro

He's also planning to file a challenge to the office of President claiming Obama isn't qualified.

Berg's NOT, sad to say, done yet.

We also have batshit insane attorney / dentist Orly Taitz, her Lightfoot v Bowen is scheduled for SCOTUS conference on the 23rd. She's trying to get it moved up - and also trying to get an injunction forcing the Supreme Court to recuse themselves from administering the oath of office to Obama due to her case being still under consideration.

And there's still a blortload of state cases that will more than likely be appealed to the Supreme Court in time as well.

It's NOT over yet people

I've changed my mind. They won't stop bringing cases on January 21, 2017. They'll keep filing to "relief" due to acts by an "illegitimate president" for years after Obama is out of office.

The Birthers have become the new "you don't have to pay taxes" cult. They now claim" you don't have to follow the law because Obama is nto a 'real' president".

30. Not surprising....
A good chunk of them ARE part of the "tax rebellion" crowd. And the "We The People Tax Cheats....err, Foundation", is cheerleading the Birthers.

Not to mention the wailing and gnashing of teeth and rending of garments because Ron Paul didn't challenge the electoral certification.

Several lawyers, (Philip Berg & Gary Kreep, for starters) have already said they will challenge everything Obama does in office due to his status as an "usurper" and the Constitution being "dead". I don't expect those to go away anytime soon.

Worse, the people at Citizen Wells, Dr. Orly's, etc., that are now calling for the Joint Chiefs of Staff to lead a military coup against Obama and "restore the Constitution they swore to protect". No, I am NOT kidding. I wish I was.

38. And meanwhile.....
Berg is doing is "Wahhh! Mean ol' Supreme Court didn't give me what I wanted." Waaahh! Obama isn't man enough to admit he's a fake! Waaaah"

http://www.obamacrimes.info/pressrelease011209.html

'Berg states ‘if Obama is sworn in’ because Obama knows he is ‘not qualified’ and he should hold a Press Conference and Obama should state that I, as a black American, received more votes than anyone else on November 4, 2008 for President and on January 8, 2009 the Joint Session of Congress counted the Electoral College votes and announced that I am President-elect, but because of things in my background, I cannot be sworn in as President. However, Obama is not man enough to state the above!

More and more people are aware of the fact that Obama does not meet the ‘qualifications’ for President. When the truth finally comes out, individuals including Barack Hussein Obama, Michelle Obama, Howard Dean , other top officials of the DNC, senior campaign staff and some of his new administration should be brought into the criminal justice system, indicted and tried with incarceration for those convicted.”

Berg continued, “Obama is setting himself up to be blackmailed and perhaps he is already being blackmailed. He was the candidate for ‘change,’ but look at his cabinet – 70% from President Clinton’s days and how about his Secretary of Defense, Gates. Give me a break!'

I'm confused. Since Berg was such a stanch Clinton supporter (to the point he was posting open letters and petitions as early as March 2008 demanding Obama step aside, and his whole reason for filing this suit in the first place before the DNC convention was to force the "more electable" Sen. Clinton on the ballot), then shouldn't he be happy that "70%" of the Obama administration was from the Clinton administration? Or is he just still eating sour grapes that the wrong name won, and isn't "man enough" to admit it??

(Note, I'm not bashing Sen. Clinton. It's obvious she doesn't support this pinhead either)

42. There is one bright spot to all of this
It would seem that Jim Robinson has bought into the Birther Cultist hook, line, and sinker. That means FR is on a fast descent into third tier conspiracy theory web site.

Long time Freepers have been zotted over this one, and it appears even longer term Freepers (e.g. going back to 1998) are targeted.

Polarik joined there last June and is considered to be a highly credible Freeper now. That tells you how low that site has sunk.

RimJob could tolerate the Rudy supporters only until April of 2007. He then started his "bugzapper" thread and many long time Freepers were killed supporting Rudy.
