Posts that could improve campaigns |
|
Today I saw a couple of posts about how my favorite candidate could improve and win. It was refreshing to read those postings because I got that they were made in order to help rather than attack the campaign. I think it would be great if all the supporters of all the candidates could open their minds up to look at ways all the campaigns could improve. The number of people we influence here on the DU will probably not determine the outcome of any elections. However, if we call a truce and listen to honest feedback about our candidates, maybe we can improve all the campaigns such that whoever is nominated is stronger. Those who oppose each candidate know why and what the candidates they oppose could do to change their opinion. Your guy or my guy may not make it. So wouldn't it be great if the winner adjusted his/her campaign to make it easier for us to accept and support? How about if we start talking about what the other candidates need to do to get your support?

Imagine instead of constantly bashing other candidates, we try constructive criticism. I wish a number of folks here decided to try it, we might actually help our guys.
