I was hoping for 40's at least so I could wear a few long-sleeve shirts and my gloves. It looks like I'll just have to wear a big coat.

8. Here's a tip for anyone going to the inauguration and wanting to keep warm.

Thermacare Heat Wraps. Once opened and exposed to the air they will heat for 8 hours plus.
