:wow:

Also, it sounds like Holder wants to prosecute as many Bushies as humanly possible for war crimes and other transgressions. Hopefully *'s admission last night sets him up for dereliction charges.

1. Consider his choices...
He either read them and ignored them, or didn't read them. Seems he's liable in either case.

6. Yes. He said that 9/11 changed his life because he had to start
reading security briefs after that.

Of course this was a lie, because in October 2001 he ditched a security briefing to watch a movie with Jenna and a friend of hers. But even if it was true, it's a confession that he ignored the August PDB that told of an imminent attack

7. Can you prosecute someone who claims they are brain dead?
'I felt it was my obligation to intervene on her behalf, because just as members of the religious right,
I can fully identify with the brain dead'.

9. What did Holder say about prosecuting Bushies?
I missed that. I know he said waterboarding is torture, but, I did not get the impression, thus far, about any prosecutions.
