they would all come down. Including all the really nasty ones. Still wondering if Scooter will get his full pardon.

5. Scooter's a Good Bet I'd Say, What About Gonzo? |
|
Edited on Fri Jan-16-09 09:40 PM by Beetwasher
I think he'll try the pre-indictment pardon route as well for many involved in torture/wire tapping/DOJ. A pre-pardon for Gonzo would probably a good bet too now that I think about it. Maybe also Yoo?

Poppy pardoned a passel of people who pooped on us. Dim Son will pardon many, many more.

13. Apparently Scooter has not applied for a pardon and thinks Bush will just give him one. |
|
I really don't see any benefit for Bush to pardon Libby. He'll always have employment with R companies and foundations. What is the point?
I think the two border patrol agents might get pardons.

4. I think he thinks he did no wrong and there is nothing to pardon. |
|
We will see. He is a criminal and should be in jail. :dem:

Shithead will wait as long as possible without it seeming rushed and last-minute.

9. I now believe Scooter Libby will be the only major one on the list |
|
And that will be to buy his silence.
The rest will be a bunch of uncontroversial unknowns (like some old man convicted for running moonshine 35 years ago).

12. He won't pardon because |
|
1) it would be an admission of guilt, and 2) he doesn't believe he had done anything wrong. 3) he is psychologically incapable of owning wrongdoing attributable to himself and, by extension, to his agents.
