6. I'm holding out.
Obama's winning the election was definitely one of the top 5 wonderful moments of my life (that's either very bad or very, very good). I will wait and see if this inauguration can top that.

7. Tough choice, really.
For me, Obama's winning the Primaries was more astounding than the presidency, but I had more at stake in November.

Now, between the election and the inauguration, it's hard to say because one hasn't happened yet.

Certainly the crowds and the ceremony of it all, that it's actually come to fully pass, will make the inauguration more momentous and it is the culminating event of the entire season and process.

8. Nov 4th was no surprise to me whatsoever. I knew a Democrat was going to win.
Inauguration day is a much bigger deal.

Especially since Bush is going back to Connecticut that day.

I mean Texas.
