Freeper Madness. Hoping for an Obama Failure.
Remember from Tuesday we can ask them Why do you not support the President? Do you hate America?

If only half of what they find criticisms became true.

HOPE FOR OBAMA'S SUCCESS (NOT)

Posted on 17 January 2009 13:10:01 by kenmcg

I went to a gathering the other day and someone said "I hope Obama is a great success". I thought about it and I for one hope he is not. If he is a success think what it will mean, more socialism, more taxes, more abortions, more terrorism (he's against Guantanamo, water boarding, aggressive interrogation)support of gay marriage, a much worse health care system,no secret ballot in union elections, more Ginsberg and Brehers to the Supreme Court, a weaker military due to openly accepting gays, a weaker CIA, appointing Panetta is a disastor. These are some of the reasons I hope he is unsuccessful as a POTUS. Let us not forget he was THE MOST LIBERAL SENATOR, before his election.

1. Why? The US is in disaster mode. As much as I dispise and know dimson
was selected, I never wanted him to be horribly bad. Nobody wants the govt to fail; that means chaos. Which is almost where we are now.

13. Exactly!!!
Whatever I thought about Bush The Stupid, I knew that his failure would also lead to our failure as a country.

I even held out hope after 9/11 that he would rise above my low expectations of him, but he didn't. He just got worse and worse, causing me to fear for the futures of my kids and grandkids.

So whatever those dickheads are hoping for as far as failure for Obama, I guess it wouldn't be so bad if it were just themselves who suffered the consequences of it. But it's their kids and grandkids who would suffer also. That's how they show love and compassion, huh?

sicko bastards...

11. It's just hate. Pure evil hate streaming from hell to and through them.
I can't really think of any other explanation for seemingly intelligent people to so blindly hate the world around them.

3. Wouldn't an Obama success....

4. It's All How You Define Success
I think if Obama is a great success we will have a stronger, free market economy that doesn't trample on the middle class, we will get more value from our government, there will be fewer abortions and no increase in terrorism. All US citizens will have equal rights (regardless of race, gender, ethnic background, religion or sexual identity), more (if not all) of us will have access to affordable health care, Unions will strengthen - protecting workers and improving the power of the middle class, the Supreme Court will keep its balance rather than shifting far to the Right, the military will be stronger by welcoming all willing to serve and not worrying about sexual orientation and the CIA will become accountable to the US and world.

10. I was thinking that
but then I simply thought what is this justice that they claim to support?

Than I just thought about what they stand for.

Against socialism?
Like the Police, the Army, Pensions, Medicare? Or roads to drive their "God Given" SUVs on?

Preventing Abortions?
Poverty and abstinence only education work very well as birth control; not.

The Military ?
After Bush, Iraq and Afghanistan, hardly worth expressing any comment.

Torture?
I guess watching US civilians being tortured and beheaded was fine then? Torture is never fine and never acceptable.

Quite simply Rethugs have not learned why they lost.

8. It's all about kicking ass to these dumshits
They like right wing politicians because they talk tough and threaten to kick ass all the time. Iraq? Bomb those ragheads back to the stone age. Afghanistan? Megadittos. Immigrants? Send 'em back to Mexico or shoot 'em. Gays? Beat the crap out of them. Criminals? Fry all of them. Minorities and the poor? Fuck 'em, let them starve if they're too lazy to go out and make something of themselves like I did.

In reality these pussies have never come anywhere near kicking anybody's ass. Bout they sure love politicians who talk about it.

15. They fight a pretty good battle with a keyboard...
the ones who are somewhat literate, anyway.

As for the rest...yeah...they're all for someone's ass being kicked as long as they're not the ones having to do the dirty work.

They'll cheer on their brethren in Iraq, hoot and holler and jump all over the place screaming "Patriotism", but mention anything about going over and doing their own duties to their country, and they disappear like cockroaches surprised by a kitchen light being turned on at midnight.

25. No, I had a sinking feeling and "knew" what was coming. And it did.
Along with some things I didn't dream would happen such as Katrina and the world wide financial disaster. My worse scenario is that he'd blow up the middle east, which I guess he almost did.

No, I knew how awful Bush would be but not HOW awful. I wish I had been wrong...

one of those horrid posts wants both "Obama's birth certificate" and "his homosexuality" to be revealed.

23. And we would expect anything less from them...why, exactly?
They are insane. This group of people is convinced again and again to vote against its own economic interests every time someone so much as jangles a fucking set of keys.

They're afraid of progress--economic progress, but mostly social progress--and that's why they're so desperately hoping that Mitch and Boner will be able to stop Evil MOOOOOSLIM Obama's EEEEEEVIL AGENDA.

26. Some hoped the same for Clinton
Someone called the Larry King program and said emphatically: "I HOPE HE FAILS!" Clinton ultimately succeeded, although his affair with Lewinsky was probably the reason Gore was defeated in 2000.

Fiscal stimuli can't help but work, if you know anything about macroeconomics. When Reagan was President, he cut taxes, but he also tripled defense spending, to more than $300 billion. This fiscal stimulus caused economic expansion, and increased tax revenues. However, it was an unbalanced economy, and the areas that had a lot of defense contractors benefited more than the rest of country. Many people still believe that the increased revenue was due to the tax cuts.
