Question about inauguration times on Tuesday.

Question about inauguration times on Tuesday.
I'm trying to re-arrange my work schedule to watch the day's events, namely Obama's swearing and speech, and can't find definites on event times.

It's my understanding he'll be sworn in at noon. Does he give his speech immediately thereafter?

1. Thought he was sworn in at 10am EST. WaPo has the times....
