Timeline for the inauguration?
I'll be at work during the inauguration, so I'm trying to concoct a DVR strategy. Really all I care about seeing is the swearing in and any speech our new President might give. My IQ is above 75 so I don't need some shithead like Wolf Blitzer explaining to me what I'm seeing. Hence I'm looking at recording PBS, which has coverage from 11AM-2PM EST.

So if there are any inaugural mavens out there, could you please tell me if this recording is going to be everything I need?

1. Should be good to go...
The swearing in happens at exactly 12 PM Eastern. The speech happens immediately after. So unless Barack gives a 2 hour speech, you won't be missing anything. :)

But remember there's also the parade where they ride in Cadillac One to the White House. There will probably be plenty of time in that time slot you listed.

4. The parade is probably worth a watch.
I'll make sure I get that.
