I'm tired, I just got home from work (janitorial), and this constant slighting of the gays really doesn't elevate my mood. Obama himself probably had jackshit to do with this, but HBO is saying yes, TEAM Obama made the decision.

3. I think it is still unclear whose decision it was.

at least based on this. It could have been done by someone delegated by Obama, by someone in HBO who is now pointing fingers at Obama or theoretically at least by Obama. I would tend to suspect that it was someone besides Obama though.
