So is Andrew Cuomo the guy?
He could easily win re-election IMO, and is an experienced pol (unlike Caroline).

1. Andrew Cuomo will challenge Paterson for the Governorship and he will likely win
I don't think that Paterson sees this coming...even if he appoints Andy to the Senate, Andy will not like being subordinate to Schumer, so he will jump to the Governorship a la Corzine...

2. Let's hope it Kirsten Gillibrand (IMHO)
She's an amazing person.
You can have Cuomo.

3. He'd be good
if it can't be Caroline. I wish it could be Maurice Hinchey but I don't think that will happen. Hope it isn't Gillibrand.

7. Gillibrand would leave
NY 20 without a dem. We would lose this seat.
