The two guys with the blue and yellow ties in the first pic are SS. So is the black guy on the left in the third pic.

Hillary will have two levels of protection. SS in the states and the State's own detail when abroad. There was some turf fighting over the issue because neither group wanted to lose such a plum protectee.
