giving "reaction" to McCain saying on Fox today that he wouldn't vote for Obama's economic stimulus, because "as far as he knows, there is no incorporation of Republican proposals." Guess it's not Gramm-y enough for McCain. And, there ARE Republican proposals in there, so he should check again . I didn't have the stomach to hear Nancy huff and puff over this, but her bobble head was swaying wildly again. I was hoping that we wouldn't have to see her for awhile. Can Tucker Bounds appearing as a "Republican strategist" far behind? Oh, and of course we get the reject Carly Fiorina on the panel of This Week.

And, on an aside, Bob Woodward was really annoying on the Chris Matthews show today. He said that if Obama's team "investigated the Bush administration/torture, then it would signal that the War on Terror is over, and the United States does not want to do that." Uh, twisted logic there, Bob. He also said mysteriously "The tax and nanny problems are not over for the Obama administration.", and would not elaborate, but just repeated it and smiled. I wish he would do some fucking reporting on it then instead of being passive aggressive, because I am really curious now.

Their ideas are BAD, and he is including them at his own peril - and ours. Compromise is fine. but not when the other guy is 100% wrong. There is no halfway point in that case.
