8. Yes, it is too bad that more people even here do not understand that impeachment

is not a criminal case. As far as being convicted of crimes, I certainly hope that Fitzgerald has more evidence than just what Blago intended to do as opposed to what he actually did do. How many of us here would be in prison if we could be convicted of our intentions? They should have let him take the bribe and then nail both him and the nominee.
