How do these jackasses not understand the financial strain that unplanned pregnancies cause American families and our healthcare system?

So, if people have lost their health insurance and yet still want to prevent unplanned pregnancies, I'd much rather spot them a few hundred bucks for pills than many thousands of bucks for them to bring an unplanned child into the world.

It just floors me that so-called intelligent people in Congress and the MSM don't seem to understand the economic (let alone environmental) benefits of family planning.
