I know that Clark as a candidate, has little substance (hence his refusal to participate in debates) , but if a few fliers are going to change supporters minds then your candidate is in DEEP trouble. There is nothing unethical about passing out fliers.

He did not participate in the Iowa televised and radio debates of the past week because a) he is not competing at all in Iowa, and b) he was not invited to the debates (see "a").

As far as the "substance" issue goes, well... it would be hard to take a look at Clark's resume and career and say he is without substance. How do you mean that, exactly?

I don't see a problem handing out flyers by anybody anywhere.

That isn't even close to statements made by some of the candidates saying some of the other candidates aren't qualified to run the country, or sided with Pubs, etc.

I'm glad to see a closer race between Dean & Clark. It helps put the Washington "Professional" politicians farther behind!
