Obama intends to shore up the disgraceful funds available for school spending, and fingers crossed that that will prevail in the final bill.

* On edit: Governors as opposed to state senators are more closely involved with this issue.

5. While you're at it, tell them to NOT charge sales tax on

veterinary MEDICAL services, which is part of our public health network. Let them charge sales tax on pet boarding and grooming, dammit (which isn't even being proposed, if you can believe it).
