I find it odd that on the day Obama plans to speak to the nation via five major networks |

that these tax issues are brought to light and two picks are forced to remove their name from nomination. This mess took away from the main-stage message Obama planned to deliver which was to be focused not on defending selections or apologizing for his screw ups, but on the vital importance of the stimulus getting passed in the senate.
Maybe I'm reaching, but it all seems a bit too convenient.

Well, it looks like some people behind the scenes are playing Rovian politics. I'm not surprised, just angry and disgusted. Not really at the 'pukes (though I want all of them waterboarded) as much as our impotent media.
