All because of a mind game I played with myself. I had clicked on all the other liberal links without getting any satisfaction. It's fucking crazy out there. So my last resort: click on the tabloid like Huffington Post and pray for sanity. Ha! I even said to myself, if the headline says, 'I Screwed Up' we are FUCKED. And guess what? Jesus Christ, I'm no psychic, so that leaves me believing the Democratic Party is eating itself and I know it and am watching helplessly as it happens. I'm off to do some mosaics. I can't take anymore of this madness!

...a President actually saying the words, "I screwed up," is immensely shocking after eight years of no admissions of mistakes at all (and before that, half-hearted admissions like "Mistakes were made").

But this is good. Obama said that he would make mistakes. And now he did, and he's admitted it, and so it's done with and it will be forgotten in a week.
