He is the originator of the "Obama's poll numbers have dropped 19 points" myth.

At the link, on his blog, he makes a false comparison between two different polls, and announces a big drop in the Gallup poll numbers of our President's approval rating. Dickshithead provides a link to Susanne Pages' USA today article, which does not discuss this "drop".

Of course, Halperin/Dickhead cannot be contacted, nor is there public comment allowed on his blog. All too convenient!

Following him are media whoring stooges Anderson Cooper and Chris Matthews who assert exactly what Halperin directed them to assert. They either didn't do their homework, or didn't want to.

Bottomline is that the Corporate media is attempting to affect President Obama's poll numbers at a time when Obama needs people to support his stimulus package. The media has also allowed the package to be portrayed as "full of pork" which is also a lie. Further, The Corporate media is flooding the airwaves with Republicans, not following up on anything that they say, and then stating that the Administration has "lost" its message on the stimulus. Matthews called it a bail out all day today.

Why are they doing this? What is the motive?

I'm thinking they want Corporate taxes, etc....

They cover up for themselves by having sold us the line about how "The media is in the tank for Obama". They use this as their excuse to tear him apart.

These are the same news agencies that took us to war, and turned their heads as billions went missing...and we ended up with many dead and a trillion dollar price tag, which is about what the deficit amounts to currently.

How far into disaster will the corporate media take us before they publicly admit that they screwed up and have screwed us over and over again?

It wont' be soon enough for me when the FCC steps on their face!

In fact, I want to write the FCC a letter in reference to the blatant lying and misrepresentation that is going on!
