I'm glad Obama is President, rather than any repuke.

But can someone please tell me what the fuck he is doing?

He's spent most of his time in office (until one statement today) acting like he LOST the election. He has insulted the left, insulted gays, put a gang of wolves in charge of the economic henhouse, named a union-hating virtual fascist repuke to head commerce, farted around with his stimulus plan to the point that no one in the real world has the slightest idea what he's trying to do, watched one staff and cabinet selection after another drop out due to-of all things-ethics and tax problems (the repuke stock-in-trade), and has his own party screwing with his plans.

Someone please convince me that he has a clue to go with his jump shot.

3. I know what he's done. Some of it has been outstanding.
I'm beginning to doubt there is a real plan there.

And worse, I'm beginning to wish we had a leader. Even in my loudest Obama critic days, I always thought leadership would be his strong suit. But I'm seeing fecklessness and churn.

5. The disastrous effects of Republican policies are what propelled him into office,
so I wish he would quit asking Republicans what they think and/or want. They are the opposite of what he should do.

7. Obama's biggest mistake -- filling his Admin with Clintonistas
Clintonistas are the Repuke-lite Dems we despise.

...don't you have another record to play. This one is very, very :boring:

Oh my, if only Obama was only as smart and informed as you he would be doing so much better at his job. :sarcasm:

12. Clintonistas helped remove FDR's regulations as well as the Repukes
Robert Rubin and The Hamilton Project are full of pro-corporate Clintonistas whose ideas about our economic recovery are not much better than the Repukes. They don't have a problem with the exorbitant salaries and bonuses of corporate execs and like Larry Summers, they oppose unions. It was under Clinton that NAFTA passed and it has been a bane to this nation every sense, except to the upper elite, who Bill pals around with now.

8. It's still early.
We will see.

I wouldn't have expected anyone who won this election to jump over the parapet, guns a blazing.

Especially with 10,000,000 watts of light on them in the darkness bush left behind.
