It's the SPENDING STUPID!!!! the Governors including the Republican Governors he said are furious at the Washington Rethugs trying to take all the spending out of the bill that the States need to help balance there budgets . The bottom line Governor Randell the rethugs just don't give a shit about the working poor it's all about them trying to take back power and not letting Obama succeed

We need more than a trillion dollars in stimulus but we're settling for less than that and they still want to penny pinch.
