It comes down to - why are they HAPPIER to open the wallet to wage war, destroy and then rebuild Iraq than they are to spend LESS money in our OWN COUNTRY to help OUR OWN CITIZENS?!

This is the question they cannot answer.

1. It's so telling.
Reckless spending for an illegal invasion. Heels dragging for the people. And this isn't even a "people" bill. It's more like trickle down, unless I'm missing something.

Such hypocrites and drama queens. I apologize to queens everywhere.

3. Kick & Rec!
They act like this little contradiction doesn't exist because their complicit media will be sure it isn't mentioned. This has been our downfall all along. The media is owned by the opposition! This is the problem. We don't hear our position except on Olbermann and Maddow.

5. Republicans really are scum.
They will spend trillions to rebuild a foreign nation because it brings with it incredible profits for their constituency (*cough*KBR*cough*), which in turn means profits for themselves.

6. Problem is, until the people force them to answer the question they won't have to
and we can keep squandering opportunities for progress. I'm not holding my breath; too many spoiled, uninformed children to manipulate here.
