Some of the people on this thread are probably on a list by now with the kind of stuff they were saying. Don't pay taxes, don't buy anything, do everything to make the economy crash, guns, etc., guns, first thing we gotta do is protect the 2nd Amendment, do everything to create chaos, etc. Rush can be the leader. It was pulled within a few minutes.

Once the march is planned, and nearing it's date (and mentioned briefly before) is when Rush can give a great boost and get the call out louder than other sources that will also make the call.

The bottomline is Rush is on our side but he can't become an official sponsor, if you will, without creating some legal avenue for the Dems to call it a contribution in-kind. I know, I know, from Hollywood to academia to MSM, etc. they all are essentially in-kind contributions for the Left but you know the reality we deal with.

I am telling you though that I could honestly envision a 5 to 10 million person march that would dwarf anything DC has ever seen and it would cause more than just a few liberal heart attacks along the way, it would change the course of American history.

Basically since Berg's suit in PA was booted, he tried a really weird theory using a retired AF Colonel as a patsy plaintiff in DC.

The legal theory is pretty funny, as are a lot of the allegations, but the nut of the procedural status is this:

Since Berg is a PA lawyer, and the case is in DC, Berg submitted a pro hac vice motion for admission. This is normally a perfunctory step for any attorney who does federal litigation, since you might end up just about anywhere.

But instead of granting the motion - and I've never seen a pro hac motion denied - the judge has ordered Berg to show up to be examined by the court on the subject of his competence, good faith, qualifications, and the legal basis for the suit.

This is a set up for a sanction ruling from the bench.

When a date is set, I have half a mind just to go down there and watch.
