Part of the economic downward spiral is psychological and Obama needs to demonstrate front and center that an adult is in charge. And wake up call moron, people love to hear Obama speak. The corporate media knows their ratings will be high so their concerns are in no way related to losing ad dollars.

Dear Republicans, people are not comforted by hearing the tired old worn out "tax cut our way out of this" mantra. The phrase "tax cut" has been used so many times during the past 8 years that, even if not consciously, people likely associate it with economic disaster. I believe Pavlov had a theory on this.

Does Ron and his corporate masters really believe that Americans who are frighten for their futures, and this time legitimately, care more about their opinion than what Obama has to say? I'd say Obama's ratings are just a twitch higher.
