6. A somewhat elderly woman who is homeless was crying and telling him they needed help...

And he came out into the crowd and hugged her and basically told her they were going to give her and others like her all the help they could and added that he would have some staff people talk to her after the townhall meeting and see if they could do something for her.

5. His idea of compassion was congratulating and celebrating a woman that

had to work THREE jobs to make ends meet. He didn't see the problem with it. He thought it was a great thing that people could work three jobs in this country of his.

He never got it and never will. Perhaps if he needs to make license plates for many years, he might finally get it.
