3. I don't think there will be.

The last one didn't do what was expected, so I doubt they'd do it again. I haven't heard that there is one, and I'm sure that would have been a talking point if it were included.

My understanding is there will be payroll tax cuts and breaks for buying a home, but there's a lot buried in that bill.

Though that wont help much after the last several years of below inflation COLA's they've received.
