I can think of a few better ones, what's your 'favorite'?

But yes, this is top 20:

"You teach a child to read, and he or her will be able to pass a literacy test"

and this is the man:

"One of the great things about books is sometimes there are some fantastic pictures"

Not to mention to recommendations-

1. Recorded damage here:
http://www.dubyaspeak.com/

This is my fave:

We got an issue in America. Too many good docs are gettin' out of business. Too many OB/GYNs aren't able to practice their — their love with women all across this country.

It's a testament to how low our media has sunk, that boosh wasn't raked over the coals for this one. Can you imagine if a dem had said this? They would have been run out of DC.

2. The word "low" doesn't cover the media.
Criminal is more like it.

8. My fave too! That was the last time I watched him speak
From that moment on I would mute first then channel change if that weaselly gold-digger of a failed ceo ever showed up on my tv. Not hard because he was the most private of presidents: only gave pressers for FOX and only State-of-the-onioned when required by law.

We cannot let our lust for revenge interfere with our revenge. That entire admin needs to be outed and jailed. Let the lawmakers worry if it looks too much like they are enjoying the trials as long as the trials happen. I like the sound of "truth commission" coming from Obama admin. Funny, that title coming from Bush 43 would remind me of "clear skies" for polluters.

That was carefully coached for the female vote BTW. The old mars/venus claptrap "speak in terms of feelings and love for the fairer sex" mashups into gynocologists practicing their love? People still love this man like a cult leader.

Gotta run, got much love to practice.

5. "There's an old saying in Tennessee...
— I know it's in Texas, probably in Tennessee — that says, fool me once, shame on — shame on you. Fool me — you can't get fooled again." —President George W. Bush, Nashville, Tenn., Sept. 17, 2002

That's gotta be my all-time favorite, facepalm inducing moment.

11. His (s)election in 2000 was one big MASSIVE "gaffe"
Edited on Fri Feb-13-09 12:34 PM by Proud Liberal Dem
His re-(s)election, albeit by a SLIM majority, in 2004 was a f******g national tragedy from which this country may take years if not decades to recover from. He has said and done so many things that should've made him totally unfit to even come close to being elected POTUS let alone continue in office. Had ANYTHING Bush has said or done come from a Democrat, I'd doubt that you'd ever hear from them again (if you could even find him alive). Unfortunately, of course, the corporate whore media and his GOP has "had Bush's back" the minute he began running for office and they are still apparently playing nice with the GOP and helping advance their "jihad" against Obama.
