Close Guantanimo

Bipartisanship:

GOP in the cabinet
Meeting with GOP on the hill
Working across the aile (trying to atleast)

Reform:

No lobbyist running the white house (though a waiver hear and there, I suppose)
Transparency through Change.gov and other means
