I have had it. The time has come for Obama to tone it down.

The fact is that the President is making us look more and more pedestrian by the day. It was easy under Bush. A little mustard drops down from the Valentine hot dog I bought Mrs. grantcart? Hey no problem I could tell her well atleast you didn't marry George Bush. Now even the Arby's Combo meal isn't working. No matter what extravagence I try all I get now is "This isn't the change I was looking for".

Travel outside the US recently? While I appreciate the fact that I no longer I have to pretend I am Canadian, now I get foreigners giving me the once over and saying "I love your President, he is so glamorous" (again from Mrs. grantcart), or "Really? you don't look American" (My response that "I was born very close to the Canadian border" gets a knowing nod").

Now we got pictures of this guy carrying on like he stepped out of Denzel Washington's dressing room 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.



Oh yeah and we can do without any more of that "Michelle reminds me everyday of how imperfect I am". I don't mind the fact that Mrs. grantcart has made this a daily tradition but who has 48 minutes that they can waste every morning.

Just how are we supposed to compete with something like this?

Its not just creating a serious affection deficit at the grantcart house, it is hurting your relations with Congress. C'mon think about it, all those Republican legislators are tired of going home and hearing "why aren't you more like Barack?". Think about it two out of the three Republican votes you got were from women.

Oh yeah and while we are at it that Vice Presidential pick was real helpful. Now I get that "Why can't you be more like Biden and less like Cheney? meme" Real helpful. Appreciate it.





And finally try and keep all of your interaction with Sasha and Malia away from the photorgaphers. Only 127 days to Father's Day. You can do it. Your next important legislative proposal may depend on it.




Remember that reporter that brought his girlfriend to an Obama press conference? Obama had to call and publicly apologize for "messing up your game". Keep this up and your going to have to robo call every guy in America.
