I like the wonky policy stories AND the fluffy behind-the-scenes Obama family stories. After not wanting to look at or think of Bush and the White House for 8 years, I'm proud and thrilled and can't get enough of what's going on with our government, President Obama (I love that), the Obama family, and the White House. It's giddifying.

I've collected memorabilia, art, folk art, and vintage for over 30 years (political, handmade tools, sci fi, Star Trek, populux, Eames, etc.) In fact I had a vintage shop in Austin many years ago. So of course I have Obama memorabilia. (But I gotta say, my Barack-in-the-Box is kick ass! hehe)
