"Thank you, Vice President Bidden."
:-)

.....Then Biden did what Biden is wont to do: Talk a lot. With Obama watching from behind, solemnly and perhaps patiently - though he was sometimes looking at the floor, sometimes bouncing on his heels - Biden went on at some length about being there today to "start turning (the economy) around.''

.....Biden introduced Blake Jones, president of Namaste Solar, one of the success stories of the new energy business. Biden said he had assured Jones that if he could not pronounce Nah-mah-stay, Jones could call him Bidden.

"Thank you, Vice President Bidden,'' Jones said.

2. Namaste
"Namasté, Namaskar or Namaskaram (Sanskrit: नमस्ते from external sandhi between namaḥ and te) is a common spoken greeting or salutation in the Indian subcontinent. Namaskar is considered a slightly more formal version than namasté but both express deep respect. It is commonly used in India and Nepal by Hindus, Jains and Buddhists, and many continue to use this outside the Indian subcontinent. In Indian and Nepali culture, the word is spoken at the beginning of written or verbal communication. However, the same hands folded gesture is made wordlessly upon departure. In yoga, namasté is said to mean "The light in me honors the light in you," as spoken by both the yoga instructor and yoga students.

Taken literally, it means "I bow to you". The word is derived from Sanskrit (namas): to bow, obeisance, reverential salutation, and (te): "to you".<1>"

the 'numbers' are either! That's okay, I'm still thrilled that he's the VP :)

8. ...
I can only shake my head at Biden. I bet he got reprimanded all the time in grade school for yapping incessantly.
