1. I live in the Phoenix area and everything Pres Obama
has talked about has happened in my little neighborhood - vacant home, 40% drop in home value...

It's terrible here. I hope he can help.

I'm here in the west valley. I would love to have seen this in person but I wasn't going to sleep on the sidewalk overnight.

Was traffic bad in your area today with Pres Obama there?

10. I imagine. : ) I have to be at work at 6am, so I leave around 5:20am.
There was no traffic at the time that I could see. But my driver coming back in from Tucson a couple of hours ago said it was bumper to bumper around Baseline.

...rates and make the big boys compete.

If FM\FM are doing 4.5% then they'll get the new paper written.
