Why are we here at the DU if we want to insult people who feel insulted?

I could probably make this a poll, but who do you want to insult?

1) people who "don't get" the NY Post cartoon?
2) people who are unemployed today who were not yesterday?
3) people who voted for Obama who are willing to wait 100 days for him to change the direction of America?
4) people who just do NOT think racial jokes are funny?
5) people who think they will NOT suffer from the economy Bush forced upon us?
6) people who do NOT get it, and think America will be the same as it was 10 years ago
7) people who think America is still the land of opportunity, given the knowledge the is avilableon the internet
8( poeple who just ignore whe world and think their own community is the wole story
9) people who voted for George W Bush in 2000 have total amnesty because we need them, and the last 9 year of their tax returms are off-limits.


10) people who think we should just let by - gones be "by-gones" over the last 8 yeare........lets let Amierica compete in a world enfironment after Bush desroyed our worldwide competitiveness.

OK George W Bush should be allowed to live in luxury for the rest of his life, because?




In 60 words or less....why should we NOT make this man pay us all back 1 penny on our dollar and and make sure he is in prison for 20 -30 years of his life left on Earth?

Wow, are there people who were still paying 2001 gas/oil prices or whose 401Ks didn't take a hit during Bush's term?

I wouldn't say everyone suffered, but everyone was definitely affected.

8. I know it's hard, but try not to take things too personally

around here. There's tons of miscommunication going on and everyone is bound to step on everyone else's toes from time to time. Some people are mindful of it, and some people are asses about it. I have found that sometimes (not all the time) but sometimes, a gracious response to an insult,(or what is perceived as an insult), is very disarming.
