I'm sorry I missed Valentine's Day here but for those who thought of me, I am truly grateful.

We visited my racist in-laws who watch Lou Dobbs and Faux News. They're democrats who did not want to see a black man in the WH. My father-in-law finally consented to vote for Obama, under much pressure from his wife - who also didn't want a black man in the WH but who was more afraid of McCain than of Obama's race. They think that those Border Patrol agents were justified in shooting a man in the back. They think the Jews are at fault for this disastrous economy.

In other words, DU seems utterly sane to me now. Thank goodness for this forum and thanks again for thinking of me. :grouphug:
