Bunning: Justice Ginsberg likely will be dead in 9 months. (Does he WANT to lose re-election?)

U.S. Sen. Jim Bunning predicted over the weekend that U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg would likely be dead from pancreatic cancer within nine months.

During a wide-ranging 30-minute speech on Saturday at the Hardin County Republican Party's Lincoln Day Dinner, Bunning said he supports conservative judges "and that's going to be in place very shortly because Ruth Bader Ginsburg … has cancer."

"Bad cancer. The kind that you don't get better from," he told a crowd of about 100 at the old State Theater.

18. The Courier Journal has a very liberal editorial page. The headline

was no doubt the paper's dig at the idiotic Bunning, quoting him at his most obsene, And as to Kentucky, it is not hopeless. We have had a Democratic governor (except for 4 miserable years) for 35 or 40 years. Also Bunning nearly lost in 2004 to a fin, but virtually unknown candidate, who went from 25% recognition level up to almost winning. Almost any viable Democrat in Kentucky can beat Bunning this time, so I am praying that the GOP does not talk him out of running. He and McConnell are both scum.
