Solution to GOP Social Darwinist Governors and Legislators: Federalize unemployment and other benes!

Federalize unemployment benefits, medical insurance benefits like S-CHIP, and Medicaid/Medicare benefits so that they are no longer Federal/State partnerships.

If these Governors want to be asses about it, cut them out of the loop and give the money and benefits to the people of these states directly. Use the IRS to manage unemployment benefits and distribute funds to people and HHS to handle the medical benefits.

That's how you stick it to these asshole GOP governors like the one in SC who want to drag the whole world down with them to prove that they are in charge of their little fiefdoms and will force their insane ideologies on their citizens.
