Why isn't anyone in the media pointing out that the DOW is up over 240 points?

1. They are all part of the fear and loathing and negativity |
that has been dominating this country for eight years. It will take a while to bring them around. Hopefully they will come around because everyone needs good news, imo.

3. They just mentioned how far it fell yesterday... |
and still didn't mention today's rally. I agree with your assessment.

15. I agree. the market is probably going to have to fall until it reaches |
pre-Clinton levels in 1992 IMHO. Most of our economic "gains" have been imaginary for 15 years or so. Until the market reflects reality it will continue to fall.

8. Yeah-they're going NUTS with this... |
first saying he has to give the people hope and then saying he could lack credibility if he sounds too hopeful. But they DO still have time to mention how far the DOW fell yesterday.

using the negative numbers affect Obama, it would mean that Obama is doing alright if it goes up.
